For the business traveler, our northwest extended stay Austin hotel is conveniently located near the JJ Pickle UT Research Center, IBM, Emerson, Apple, Microsoft, Agilent, Flextronics, Oracle, G-Tech, Cadence Design, Intel, Freescale, Banc Vue, Motorola and Texas Instruments. The downtown live music scene is just 10 miles from our extended stay Austin Arboretum hotel as is the main campus of the University of Texas, Texas State Capital, LBJ Library, and the 6th street entertainment district.

Pet Policy: HYATT house™ Austin/Arboretum may charge a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 per day, not to exceed $250 per stay that will be assessed to the guest. Extended-stay cleaning fee cannot exceed $250 per stay and must be inclusive of all taxes. Pets must not exceed 50 lbs and a must be house broken. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
